Colum Road is located a few minutes walk from the main university building. The property has 22 double bedrooms each comprising of bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, fridge freezer and microwave.

There are various kitchens, bathrooms and living areas around the building which you would share with other tenants. The utility rooms (washing machines and tumble dryers) are also shared. There are 12 parking spaces available at a cost of £20 per month, availability on a first come first served basis, or you can apply directly to the council for a parking permit.
